Does anyone remember when the SEC went to twelve teams and two divisions. All the "experts said no team could go through the conference schedule, play a championship game, and have anything left to win a National Title. I remember ESPN saying is was a huge mistake to do this, the same ESPN that paid the SEC 1 billion dollars a couple of years ago. Auburn became the fifth different SEC team to win a championship since the formation of the BCS. If you count Georgia's pre-BCS title half the schools in the league have titles. Is it any wonder the rest of college football is playing catch-up to the NFL Light.

it featured what would go on to be the most common matchup in the SECCG and it also featured the winning team going on to win a national title.

antonio langham was star of the first SECCG, getting the MVP and sealing the game on an INT return for TD.

That is still one of the best plays ever. I still don't think the receiver has ever figured out what happened to him.

What does rich Kotite have to do with anything, he didn't play or coach in the SEC????

I was wondering why you put Bama vs. Miami and then started talking about the most common match up in the SECCG, but I guess you were just showing a play from the national championship game since you mentioned it.
